About the event
This Moms Night Out we will be moving our bodies! Our very own Ms. Tina is certified in both personal training and nutrition and will be hosting this event. She will be offering:
- a fitness assessment (optional)
- a 55 minute HIIT class
- a Nutrition Q&AÂ
- Finishing up with a smoothie bar filled with lots of healthy goodies
We would love for you and your mom bestie to join us for a night full of healthy fun! Capacity is limited due to space so make sure to reserve your spot!Â
Don't have a sitter for the kids? We've got you covered! Bring the kids to play in our play space while you enjoy a Moms Night Out. Childcare is $5 per child!
