About the event
Join us for a Moms Night Out Restorative Yoga class with our Mommy & Me Yoga instructor, Karen Gullifer. This class is just for moms to spend the night in silent, kid-free relaxation. Bring your mat, towel and water for an hour of yoga, followed by a Christmas ornament craft, refreshments and time getting to know other local moms.
Classes are capped at 12 so book your spot soon!
*Childcare is provided by Carilly in our play space for an additional cost.
