About the event
Mommy & Me Yoga includes play time in our play space from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. followed by yoga from 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Make sure to bring your mat and water. Tickets must be purchased for children only.
Mommy and me yoga helps to bond with your baby, improve motor skills, build muscle strength and foster an early love for physical activity and strength building.
