About the event
Mommy & Me Yoga includes class from 9:30 am - 10:00 am and then playtime in our space from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Make sure to bring your mat and water. Tickets must be purchased for children only.
Mommy & Me Yoga helps to bond with your baby, improve motor skills, build muscle strength and foster an early love for physical activity and strength building.
