MOMMY AND ME YOGA
Grab your mat and bring your babies and toddlers and join us for yoga!
Classes will run for six weeks starting September 9 and classes will be capped at 10.
Mommy and me yoga helps to bond with your baby, improve motor skills, build muscle
strength and foster an early love for physical activity and strength building. Classes are
separated by baby and toddler ages:
10:00 a.m. - Mommy & Baby (6 week to rollers)
10:30 a.m. - Mommy & Toddler (crawlers to 3 years)
Meet the Instructor
Karen Gullifer
Karen is the owner and lead trainer of Breath and Beat, a registered yoga studio and school. After completing her initial training in 2019 with Yoga Loft—Tampa, she
immediately began teaching in yoga and fitness studios, gyms and offering personalized sessions.
She is passionate about helping others learn how to slow down, to live holistically and to foster “in-the-moment” relational bonds. She teaches a wide range of classes from beginner to advanced including Restorative, Pre-natal and Yin. She looks forward to helping mothers develop a deeper bond with their child while experiencing wholesome yoga movement. This practice combines yoga poses while
enjoying quality time with their little one.
She can be found traveling and adventuring with her husband, Chris, continuing to savor moments with their adult children and granddaughter or sipping an Americano at a local coffee shop.
