Join us after school for Yoga! Classes with Kierstin are a blend of mindful movement, breath awareness, and creativity while incorporating nervous system support, resilience, and play.
Kierstin brings compassion, calm, connection into every movement. All of Kierstin’s kids yoga classes support Littles in learning connection to their mind, emotions, and body through mindful movement, breath exploration, and games.

Every Friday at Little Lake after school from 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
