About the event
Mommy & Me Yoga includes play time in our play space from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. followed by yoga from 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Make sure to bring your mat and water. Tickets must be purchased for children only.
Mommy & Me Yoga helps to bond with your baby, improve motor skills, build muscle strength and foster an early love for physical activity and strength building.
